Tina helped me plan and consider options for my small bathroom renovation. Ultimately, I scaled down my original plan to remove a horizontal mirror and replace it with a medicine cabinet due to my budget. It would have required more extensive work, including moving the electrical supply to the lighting fixture and replacing ceramic tiles that no longer exist. She recaulked around my tub (not pictured), removed the pedestal sink, old faucet, and p-trap, and replaced them with a new vanity with an integrated sink that I bought from Wayfair, a Moen faucet from Home Depot, and a p-trap from Menards. I gave Tina 4-stars because the p-trap ring came loose, but she returned the next night and replaced it with a better o-ring. She also fixed a loose kitchen faucet I accidentally loosened. Additionally, two walls were patched — one in the bathroom and one in the hallway around my electrical panel. She gets an A+ for responsiveness and getting the job done. Charging the bill to my credit card was a bonus!

I still have to repaint the white tiles to match the gray color. A future DIY project.

There was a small snafu with communication but once she got here it was all uphill. Tina talked through the job with me and we actually ended up changing course after saying pros and cons. I really appreciated her input and expertise: she could have easily just done what I had originally asked for but the outcome would not have been nearly as good. She also found two leaks from two different water valves which I would never have known about!

Tina was a HUGE help to us. We had our glass sliding door get stuck open with a several inch gap, leaving our basement open to the freezing temps. Tina was able to help us on short notice and was able to troubleshoot a very odd cause to our problem (a design flaw with the sliding door), and allowed us to get the door closed and house secured.
