The team was professional and communicative, answering all of our questions about the process and helping us select the perfect stain to match our home. I’ve hired dozens of contractors over the years and Pawel is genuinely one of the best I’ve ever worked with.
I interviewed 7 flooring contractors for a very tricky project involving large scale sanding/refinishing, matching new walnut floors to old floors, and creating a custom color throughout the house. Pawel stood out immediately as the most knowledgeable, best communicator, and overall most professional by far.
He patiently worked through 10+ floor samples with me until we got everything exactly right and went above and beyond every step of the way. Always responsive, always kind, always smiling.
