FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge affordable rates for Local moving Services and for jobs that are estimated to take at least 2 hours or more. Long Distance Moves with an estimated mileage of 300+ will be priced accordingly. Hourly rates applies to full moves that include loading and unloading of a truck Locally. We can offer a discounted rate if a customer provides his or her own truck. For any jobs that are estimated to take less than 2 hours will be charged a flat fee or a minimum of 2 hours. Hourly rates does not apply to jobs that are estimated to take less than 2 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the process of booking your move you will be questioned on approximately the size of your home and the amount of furniture from beds and dressers down to lawn mowers and treadmills. I normally advise most our customers to send photos of each room including backyard and garage to make the process easier.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve received very sophisticated movers training which is not offered at a lot of other companies. My training was very thorough and well thought out. My training consisted of learning how to lift and maneuver furniture in all types of homes. This training helps to avoid damages to ourselves and your home. This training I am now passing down to my guys. Lots of customers are very impressed with how we make the heaviest or oversized items look easy to move in and out of homes regardless of doorways or stairs.
