Darius helped reassemble a power rack and treadmill after my movers dissembled it without putting it back together. He did it without instructions and also helped me carry the treadmill to the basement. Will definitely use them again for any assembling of gym equipment.

Is this guy a saint, no really I think this guy is a saint. Darrius and this company are the epitome of how consumers should be treated. He provided me with sooooo much information about my treadmill before he even physically saw it. Once he inspected my unit he truly educated me about it, it was literally Treadmill101. He provided me with solutions, recommendations, and everything I would need to make an educated decision on how to move forward with my repair. I even found out that Nordictrack is currently in a class action lawsuit for the exact issue I'm experiancing with my treadmill. I was able to add myself to the lawsuit. This was due to Darrius truly being an advocate to his customers. It took him less than 8 minutes to determine the root cause problem of the machine. When I was about to pay him $125 for the house visit, he insisted I only pay $85. When I asked him why? He simply said "I just want to be fair". OMG who does that??? It's hard to find people who want to be fair, let alone a business. He will have YOUR best interest. This guy is the TRUTH! I recommend him 1000%
