She changed the time late in the day and didn’t end up coming until 3:45 (we had scheduled it for 1pm). She spoke very little English. BUT she & her son worked quickly & thoroughly getting places other cleaners (& I) rarely got to. Most of all she said she would be flexible with jobs in the future.
