Melvin and mark were responsive flexible and very pleasant to work with. Took great care of the bulky items I asked them to awkwardly load into my basement. Creative problem solvers for sure.

I want to give them 10 stars out of five stars. Their work is not only preeminent (beyond excellence) but also personally touching. They did the work that they didn’t have to while not trying to overcharge UNLIKE other thumbtack providers like Camila cleaning services. I saw one of the staffers (not just help) moving another apartment resident’s laundry basket voluntarily... God.. what angels are they.. I BELIEVE IN these guys and am sure this team will make a even more successful company in the end. They completely erased my prejudice against scammy service providers on Thumbtack.Extremely punctual, diligent, sincere, and heart-warming.

Melvin and his friend assembled a dresser for me. They arrived promptly at the time we agreed upon, and were done in about an hour and a half. They cleaned up after, and I'm quite satisfied with their work and professionalism. The amount they charged was also quite reasonable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many of our quote are flat rate which includes transportation cost, Labor and time to complete your entire project. We also offer hourly rates: 2men @ $80/hr 3 men @ $100/hr 4 men @ $125/hr two hour minimum and travel fee required.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our booking process is simple. Once our customer agree to our rate, all we will need to finalize the booking is a pick and drop address, a main contact phone number and your email address. We also as for a list of the items we will be moving. Also a deposit maybe required
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employee are trained through the American Moving and Storage Association training program.
