Got a tech out the day after communicating on thumbtack. Really helpful and friendly guy. Got the issue diagnosed and they got a te h out the next day to fix it. Tech didn’t have right part, so he went to the store and they didn’t have it so he went to another store and go the job done.
I also signed up for their yearly maintenance package which seems like a very good deal considering everything it includes. The same day they came to repair the issue, I received a call from scheduling to get my maintenance plan started and someone out here to clean and check my water heater and schedule a full plumbing inspection later in the year. Everyone I’ve dealt with at this company has been very friendly.
