Molding or baseboards,
I originally hired Marc Duchon for a small exterior job. He went out of his way to try to find a replacement hinge for a 90 year old house shutter. I was so happy with his work that I then hired him to do two more carpentry projects on my 90 year old colonial home. They turned out great. I will hire him again for any future projects. I felt a trust when Marc analyzed or proposed something. OUTSTANDING ! Bob, Wilmette, IlJul 24, 2014Verified
Marc and his crew came on time, finished a difficult job on budget and cleaned up after. I would (and already have) hire them for another job.Mar 28, 2019Verified
We loved working with Marc on many projects in our home. He can do everything, and does it with a great attitude! We actually miss him now that the projects are complete! We found Marc to be very honest in his dealings and sticks by his word. He does excellent quality work. We highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed.Nov 28, 2014Verified
Quick clean and affordable service! Very dependable. Would hire again.Apr 10, 2014Verified
I hired Marc to remove and repaint my garage floor with epoxy paint, replace the rubber trim around the floor and repair the waterline. With his skill and knowledge the job was completed to perfection. His prices are very reasonable, he leaves the job with everything cleaned up and he works until you and he are satisfied with the completed job. I will hire him again and would also recommend him to anyone.Jun 20, 2014Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Not really, usually its based on a cost per square foot depending on the type of construction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?we constantly have to learn new codes that apply to the areas in which we work and there are many new materials and building systems that are introduced, as long as you educate yourself with both these items you will be great, as far as I am aware there is no continuing education for General Contractors other than the continuing education we get each day from working in different conditions with different personalities
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I had a hero when I was about 13 who did this type of work and one day he asked if I wanted a job after school.
