dear Chris, your initial review for this project was ""Really good experience and fast turn around." with 5 stars. Your second, negative review is the result of your inability to manage the custom email templates in Mailchimp. I tested the templates twice, and I sent you numerous emails trying to explain and help. I provided you link to tutorial on Mailchimp. I'm sorry that your frustration and lack of skills on Mailchimp resulted in such a frustration and unfair review. Best of luck.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Each email project is different and requires an individual approach, however, my standard fixed price for one, typical email is $160 (design, coding and testing) and for PSD to HTML is $120 (coding & testing).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I conduct the EMAIL MARKETING business via email. If you need lengthy phone chats or meetings you most likely don't believe in the power of EMAIL communication so how can you expect the emails to work for your business? 1. Hire me and provide: your website address (to match the look and feel), your ESP login credentials, the text in copy & paste format 2. I design, code and test your email template and show you the outcome for revision/approval. I work with my clients to fine tune their email templates however I do not allow unlimited revisions for the fixed price. If you need unlimited revisions hire me on an hourly basis rather than for fixed price. 3. After your approval and payment via by PayPal I upload the final email to your ESP
