I hired Igor to take care of a few items in my home, one of them being painting an outdoor light fixture on my balcony. The fixture was rusty and in need of a lot of work. Igor did a great job. Igor fixed a variety of things in my home, including replacing a faucet, fixing two leaks, and re-grouting my shower. Well, he also deserves 5 stars on punctionality and responsiveness. But it would only let me choose 3. I had a situation where whoever I hired 4 years ago to clean the dryer vent did not reattach it. It blew lint all over the porch underneath, an area where tenants don't use. It was like that for 3 or 4 years and a real mess. He drilled a small hole in the access walk to get to the vent and reattached it. He vacumed up all the excess lint. He replaced, patched, and painted the drywall. The communication was great and price about what I would expect to pay for a job like this.
I will definitely hire him again.
