I have been working with Oleg at exclusive Hardwood floors for over 15 years. He is the only person I will have install Hardwood floors on my homes. I'm a custom home builder in the northern suburbs. No job is too large or small for Oleg. He is a perfectionist, a professional, true to his word and his craft. My pricing is dependent on a number of factors that dictate the work desired and is competitive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To understand and identify the client's wishes with respect to their budget. I provide an estimate initially and the work is officialized via proposal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received vocational training from my father and from employment with builders in the Chicagoland area.
