When people think of me, organization and interior perfection is the one thing that comes to mind . That is the stigma that has been attached to me as an individual since I was a little girl . We contacted Polina seeking help with organizing our cluttered kitchen. She arrived exactly on time and within 15 minutes had assessed the situation and was off to the store to get some organizing supplies. When she returned she worked quickly and efficiently - so much so that she was even able to offer some help in other areas of the home without an additional charge. We are extremely appreciative of her help and will look for opportunities to hire her again as we continue our home renovation. Thank you!

Polina came back a second time and helped me finish organizing my house. She helped organize my kitchen and found a place for everything that hadn't previously found a home. She even sat with me and gave me the encouragement I needed to go through a box that had needed sorting for two years! I had had a mental block with it and Polina helped me get over it and get the task done! In addition, Polina has a great personality and I had a blast with her. Hiring her was a great decision.

If you are thinking about hiring someone to help with organizing, you have to hire Polina! I was overwhelmed with a few organizational projects around the house that I never seem to have time to get to. I worked with Polina to see what she could do to help and I was blown away. She was at my house for 5 hours and I can’t even believe all she got done. I already booked her to come back in a few weeks to dive into a few other projects I have. I can’t wait! With small children at home it seems impossible to get things done. I’m so thankful I found Polina!

Polina was amazing. She is very sensitive to depression and the outside mess I made for how I feel inside. I have a one bedroom apartment and I am in the Army Reserves so I have a lot of military equipment. I assumed we would only have time to organize my dining room which is my make-shift storage area. Polina assured me that we would have time to do EVERYTHING. I did not believe her until we got my storage area done in 30 mins!!! She made me feel comfortable, we chit chatted which made this daunting task way more fun and enjoyable. Polina also gave me homework and said she would keep in contact the next few days to make sure I complete it! I love that!!! I will forever be grateful for what she did for me! Thank you!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For organizing, decorating, packing/ unpacking I charge $30-$40 an hour depending the scope of the project .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make it a point to preferably speak on the phone . I feel as though hearing the voice on the other end makes customers feel more comfortable with the process . I understand it can be a bit odd inviting a stranger into their home , and therefore a phone conversation may alleviate some discomfort from the entire process . During the introduction I like to listen to what exactly the customer needs , and I go on to tell them exactly what I can offer them and the step by step actions I will take . If they choose to hire me , we decide on the date and time that’s convenient, and we go from there ! The rest is history as they say :)
