- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We estimate by size and measure your actual treatable lawn taking out the home, driveways, sidewalks, patios, or any out buildings you may have. This way we are only charging you for the "actual amount of treatable grass" vs. your lot size on public record as most companies. It is not all grass out there so we believe you should only pay for what is being treated. We call that being treated RIGHT. Email us your address and we will get you a free estimate for lawn care, pest control, or both right away.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After measuring the property and getting a digital measurement on line we discuss any initial issues they are having via telephone. We measure the property with accurate GPS measuring software online. We then price both our lawn care (Fertilizer & Weed Control ) based on size. We price our pest control around the home exterior based on a flat rate and on the Lawn again based on size. Tree & Shrub protection and number of trees or shrubs you are having treated. We offer free estimates and there are NO CONTRACTS on any of our service programs. We are a 1 step at time, pay as you go business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ALL OUR TECHNICIANS are Licensed by the Illinois and Missouri EPA for Lawn & Turf applications. Licensed by IL Department of Agriculture for Lawn Care and EPA for Pest Control Applications on ornamental ( trees & shrubs), also licensed for exterior bug, mosquito, and mole applications in both the St. Louis / Metro East IL Areas.
