Bob did a phenomenal job inspecting our new home! He really took his time and explained a lot of things to us. We didn't feel rushed at all. Within 24 hours, we had our report. Highly recommend Madewell Inspections!!!

Madewell was the best choice. He was very quick to inspect the property and to answer any and all of our questions and provided a very detailed inspection report along with photos showing problem areas. We could not be more pleased with Bob's services!

My husband and I are purchasing our first home & getting a home inspection was on the to do list. We called a couple of places to get some pricing details & to feel companies out & to weigh our options. We decided to go with Bob, because even before we met him in person, he did everything to make sure that we were comfortable and informed on what would be happening and what to do. He was very courteous and patient with me. Being a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions. On the day of inspection, he arrived before we did & was very pleasant. He took a lot of time to do the inspection, going over every aspect with a fine toothcomb & explaining everything to us as he went along. He was there for something like 5 or 6 hours that day, which at the time, I didn’t think was unusual, but after speaking with other people, they all said that was a super long time. Not that it was a bad thing; just really spoke to how thorough of a job he did. We received a very concise report with a lot of sharp, clear photos. He went above and beyond my expectations & my husband & I are very happy that we chose him for our home inspection & we feel confident in his work.

Let me just cut to the chase. He's good at his job, makes things simple for the new homeowner, is prompt and polite, and has a principled approach to business and life that's hard to find these days. 5/5 would hire again.
