I trained with Adam twice a week for about a year and lost almost 100 lbs. and 10 dress sizes. In addition, Adam emailed me weekly 5 workouts I did on my own time. These were results I had never thought I'd achieve. Adam's motivation and care are what helped me stay committed. He has an energy about everything he does that helps you succeed. He's an awesome coach. I've learned more about exercise and nutrition in my time with Adam than I ever learned on my own or with any other trainer. My success is because of his motivation and coaching. He couldn't do the work for me, but with his encouragement, my weight loss was attainable. My only reason for not still being with Adam is I moved out of state or I would still be a client of Adam's.

He's always positive and smiling, can always offer a bad joke to make you laugh and makes each sweaty, intense session enjoyable and fun. There's not much he wouldn't do for his clients, and I've never met a more supportive, knowledgeable and kind trainer (and you can tell him you hate him a million times and he'll just smile and keep kicking your butt, giving you a high five or fist bump at the end).
