I had such a great experience! He was very efficient and his professionalism was truly top-tier. Originally needed my TV mounted, but he even went above and beyond by aligning my shelving for me while he was here. He arrived right on time, worked quickly but carefully, and made the whole process stress-free. Overall, I absolutely loved my experience and would definitely recommend him.

Donzell and his partner were professional and respectful of my requests. Donzell was super patient with me and my start date. He contacted me within hours of my inquiry on Thumbtack. Throughout the installation of a new light fixture and smart switches, he explained the process, the products, and follow-through afterwards--I will definitely hire Long and Family Building Group LLC for future projects since they general contractors. I needed 3 exterior lights swapped out and they swapped them out. Very easy to communicate with. Very responsive. Arrived on time. Did everything i needed and it was done outside in the freezing cold. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the solid job done.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I worked for two commercial and residential electrical companies as an electrician apprentice for over 5 years. I also worked for two residential carpentry companies for 4 years while also attending ABC IL trade school for carpentry. I’ve been a project manager for a bathroom and kitchen remodeling company for 2 years. From 2008 -2011, I worked as a maintenance tech doing general handyman work for a large hotel.
