Brought them in for a second opinion after another company told me my furnace needed to be replaced because of a cracked heat exchanger (as the repair costs more than replacing the whole furnace). They informed me that the damage was superficial and no repairs were needed and that even if I did need a new heat exchanger, my current one was still under warranty, so it didn’t make sense to fork over the money for a completely new furnace. Appreciate these guys honestly and professionalism. Can’t recommend enough
