Phil was fantastic! He inspected our fireplace, cleaned it and walked us through how to use it properly. He took his time answering all of our questions and he wanted to ensure we would enjoy our fireplace and use it and not be afraid of it. Phil was a great help and so knowledgeable. We had a terrible experience with a previous company, so we were hesitant to reach out to someone again. Phil came out and thoroughly inspected our fireplaces and explained everything to us from the condition it’s in, to how it works, and wanted to make sure we were confident enough to use and enjoy our fireplace for the season. He answered all our questions and reassured us up until he left our home. We started a fire up the same day and we couldn’t be happier with his services. We highly recommend him!

Phil the owner was great on every level. We had a previous fireplace company come out and want a ton of money to line the chimney and make many other changes that would be expensive. Phil came out and thoroughly explained everything and all our options and after the next day we had a fireplace up and running for a 1/10 of the cost.

Phil was prompt in his arrival and got right down to work to fix my dangling damper inside my fireplace. He was very knowledgeable as well and taught me a few tricks to working the fireplace properly and what to do if this or that happens. I have him coming back this weekend to clean the fireplace! Great guy!
