Arrival was before appt time. Damian was pleasant and very helpful. His assistant Christian was also pleasant and both were focused on the task at hand. My project needed an unexpected addition and Damian went it out of his way to make the time and do the extra work. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Thumbtack does not remove reviews. Therefore, I can only update my review. I am asking the reader to ignore my 1 ⭐️ review and to consider this ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ review in its place. After a back and forth email thread, Kowalkowski and I determined that his no show to an appointment I had confirmed 72 hours previously, but didn't confirm on the day of service was miscommunication on both of our parts. He wanted to be sure I was home that day before making a 45 minute trip and I never saw the email he sent asking for confirmation. I believe his explanation 💯. Please don't hold my initial review against him. He seems like a hard-working, stand-up guy. I would hire him for a project in the future.
