We hired IKG to paint our townhouse after they came in with a very reasonable bid. IKG worked with our schedule and performed the work in a timely and professional manner. The quality of the painting was good and we would definitely hire them again.

Who knew that our retrieval of Christmas decorations would reveal mold in one of our closets! To our relief, the team at IKG came out the same day and provided us with an estimate including options in case their cameras revealed more work was needed. They were very thorough and professional and the icing on the cake - their quote was half that of their competitors. Fast, efficient, easy to work with and a great value!

All our quality services are completed with our high operational standards in mind. Our prices are affordable and deliver superior value. Our painting and floor care services are performed with complete surface preparation which ensures lasting finishes. Our mold remediation services offer superior warranties in the industry and come with clearance documentation upon completion for typical real estate, contractor or bank/financing requirements. All painting services (no matter the size of project) traditionally start at $150. All certified mold remediation services start at $300 - however mold quotes/assessments are FREE. Our team does not perform building mold-inspections however - contact us for details or for a referral to one of our trusted industry partners.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once an interested customer contacts us via our website, phone call, Thumbtack messaging, or e-mail, a company team member will get back in touch within 24 hours to set-up a time for a FREE on-site assessment/quote or answer any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians have 3 years minimum experience in the trade area they perform services in. Many of our painters have over 15 years experience and all mold technicians are MICRO certified and OTS trained professionals.
