My first experience with Lowell came when I hired him to photograph my daughter's princess ball--a formal event which was held at a banquet facility. During our initial encounter, he provided a very detailed overview of the services he would provide. Immediately, I got the impression that he was reliable, trustworthy and remarkably passionate about his work. At the conclusion of the meeting, I was more than confident that I had made the right choice in hiring him and he has, since, lived up to my every expectation. On the day of the event, he was the first to arrive and the last to leave. He went above and beyond to ensure that he captured every single memorable and significant moment on film. He also communicated with me throughout the entire duration of the event to ensure that no stone was left unturned. Moreover, he was extremely accommodating to my guests when they made special requests. I was immensely pleased with him, so much so that I subsequently hired him for two photo-shoots and will continue to utilize his services for all of my future events. I can truly attest to the fact that Lowell provides high quality work, as his images are flawless. He is also a great communicator and has a unique ability to maintain professionalism and still be sociable and warm. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an exceptional photographer who will not disappoint.

Mr. Essex submitted photographs to our news organization, ABC 12/NBC 25 in Jacksonville, Florida, during the winter storm in Atlanta that were FANTASTIC. The photos were included in a gallery that received more than 100,000 views.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Quality, Quality, Quality, Don't compete on price compete on quality not the way that the bride is posed in a image but the overall quality of the images.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That quality is of the utmost importance!!! You can have the nicest dress, venue and ceremony but if the photos lack quality it doesn't matter if you have 5000 images because non of them are of the quality you deserve or that you have paid for.
