Introduction: I start every fitness program with my yoga background as a base. This means each exercise meets clients where they are - nothing is ever out of reach. Yoga (and fitness training) should not be a spectator sport. My clients get in there and learn, right away. I love to see not only the physical changes in my clients, but their increased confidence. The emotional benefits brought about by healthy activity are the reason that positive habits are made - not a simple number on a scale.

Julia Evans is the best yoga instructors in my 20 years of dabbling in the practice. I have many issues, broken toes and wrists that don’t turn, a handicap I was born with. She has helped me to find modifications that allow me to move forward and become stronger. After every class, I feel invigorated, stronger and more flexible. As well as her personal attention, she take time to show where certain poses will ultimately lead to down the road. Even if not in my reach, I appreciate knowing what I may someday be capable of achieving. I highly recommend her for her patience and gentle guidance.

On multiple occasions we've had Julia run private yoga sessions as part of events and workshops coordinated. She always customizes the session well to fit those practicing at that time and finds ways to motivate those in the room. I would highly recommend Julia as an instructor and will continue to book her whenever we need one.
