- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will provide you with a basic price list that details the most popular flower pieces that I receive orders for along with a description and a price range. Pieces range in price due to size and if any special flowers are requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet new customers in person if possible! Meeting in person or over the phone to discuss the style and color scheme of your event helps me design exactly what you are looking for. We will utilize Pinterest, event photos and my portfolio to nail down your designs. Don't worry if you don't know the names of the flowers you like!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years of wedding and event floral design experience; 4 year of retail floral experience; 5 years of event management and logistics experience
