I was waiting to write this review until I received my photos so I could show everyone the BEAUTIFUL work Claire does. I could not have asked for a more perfect day and Claire was a HUGE part of it. There are not enough great things to say about Summit Street Blooms. Claire and her team did an amazing job for our wedding day. Everything was absolutely stunning! Claire and I spoke on a few occasions to ensure that my vision was met, and she not only met them but exceeded them. Our bouquets were lovely, the reception smelled amazing, and the details on every part of our ceremony and reception were beautiful! When I joined Thumbtack, I was looking for someone who not only was profession, meticulous with their work, but also someone who I could work with and that would know understand how to meet my needs. Claire was exactly that person. She is very organized, meticulous and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We wanted to do Marion Flowers for our wedding and not only did she already have a knowledge of them, she researched them with much detail in order to accommodate us. We planned the wedding from out of state which made it kind of stressful--we really had to place a lot of trust in the vendors we selected. On top of that I actually ended up being way more indecisive than I ever imagined I would be when it came to wedding planning. Claire could not have been a more perfect for for us. She was so responsive which we really appreciated-especially because we were so far away. She was also unbelievably kind and accommodating when I would make color changes throughout the wedding planning process. Our wedding was small and our arrangements modest and she made them look lovely--she even found mini cactus plants for some of our tables which we LOVED.Aug 30, 2017
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I will provide you with a basic price list that details the most popular flower pieces that I receive orders for along with a description and a price range. Pieces range in price due to size and if any special flowers are requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to meet new customers in person if possible! Meeting in person or over the phone to discuss the style and color scheme of your event helps me design exactly what you are looking for. We will utilize Pinterest, event photos and my portfolio to nail down your designs. Don't worry if you don't know the names of the flowers you like!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?5 years of wedding and event floral design experience; 4 year of retail floral experience; 5 years of event management and logistics experience
