Lettie and her family enacted a miracle in helping clear out unwanted items and pack up my disaster zone of an apartment. Honestly, Lettie did more for me than my therapist ever has, and deserves to be paid AT LEAST as much as the therapist does, if not more.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I charge$100/hr for single spaces, ie Pantry, master closet, etc. If there are multiple spaces I will quote you a flat project fee and number of hours and sessions.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We start with a virtual walkthrough. In person walkthroughs have a $50 trip charge. We assess the outcome you want to attain, your budget and any materials that need to be sourced and where to get them. I send an estimate with the scope of work and labor cost's. When you accept the proposal and pay a 40% deposit, we schedule the session. I work in 4hr sessions over 2-3 consecutive days, usually Thursday thru Saturday. I get COVID tested every Tuesday.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a very rational, logical thinker with strong pattern recognition and a vivid imagination. This helps me see the solution inside the chaos and make a step by step plan and execute to completion.
