Hi Nicholas We truly apologize for the moving experience you’ve had with the service. We do understand your frustration and concerns. You were quoted for a 3men crew for a 2 bedroom unit, and we believed the timing to complete service was within standards. We understand this move took 6.5 hours to complete, yet a combination of mandatory steps were performed and needed to complete this move and may very well be the reason for the amount of hours mentioned. Movers performed all the necessary steps with your permission, to secure your furniture items with shrink wrapping with protected blanket padding before loading the truck. Because of the awkwardness of the front staircase, movers were subjected to take all your bigger furniture items and good amount of boxes from the back 2nd floor staircase, then carried down the items quite a distance to the front building area, and because of the limited parking, to load onto the trucks. You also had a travel time of 55 minutes to unload location. You’ve made mention of a few dings, in which you shared some pictures of a scratch on the glass/book case. After the unload, we did a brief walk through, and this could’ve been very well missed while checking the furniture. Overall there were no major damages done to your items!!! We do apologize again that this did not meet your standards, for the movers done everything to the best of there abilities, by following company guidelines and policies.
