I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 7 years of experience. I have a Masters in Counseling with a specialization in sport and health psychology from Adler University.
I wanted to introduce something new to the mental health field and am interested how it will pan out. I have always wanted to combine physical activity with mental health therapy. Research has proven that incorporating physical activity into our daily lives has shown to reduce mental health symptoms. Clients can choose how they would like to split up their session, either focusing more on physical activity or mental health therapy.
