Absolutely the worst service experience I’ve ever had. This individual showed up over 2 hours late for a heavy equipment move (scheduled for 4:00 PM, arrived after 6:00 PM) and brought along his young son to help — clearly not a professional crew for handling a ~1500 lb item. He originally quoted $95/hr for two people with a 2-hour minimum and assured me he had all the necessary equipment, including a pallet jack. He explicitly said he would bring it — no mention at all of any extra charges for rental or transportation. After slowly dragging the job until 8:30 PM, he added a bunch of hidden fees at the end: charging for equipment rental, transportation, and 3.5 hours of labor. This was a total bait-and-switch scam — dishonest and predatory. To make matters worse, during the move, he damaged my wall, showing clear carelessness. And when I pushed back on the surprise charges, he threatened to file a lien on my home — completely unacceptable and aggressive behavior. This person should not be trusted. He is unprofessional, deceptive, careless, and threatening. I would strongly urge anyone considering his services to look elsewhere. You’ll save yourself money, stress, and potential property damage.

Mr. Sugrib , I texted 3:23pm letting him know that we on the way . He told me he will be late my GPS was showing ETA 5:30PM traffic was bad and we arrived 5:45PM He was upset that We were 2 people and there were no forklift . There were big crate that we needed to transfer in to the garage and the 30x96” door in the back of his packed of the several tables and stuff garage. Crate cannot be cleared by garage door so we unpacked the machinery out of the crate. Then we needed to transfer the machine from one crate to another to clear uneven line to garage. Mr. Sugrib was complaining all the time that we were pushing and turning the equipment the wrong way and we were making sure that he is comfortable with every movie we make. Finally, we cleared the machine from the driveway to the garage and the doorway was too narrow so we needed to take the machine from the crate. Turn it again and set on the pallet Jack in order to clear the garage bag room door. The pallet jack is 28” wide so we had 2 inches to work with. There was 2 x 2 inches wood blocks that we were supporting the machine and that the one point, the machine couldn’t clear one of the side of the wall so Mr. Sugrib tried to fix it and chipped off a small drywall piece. Finally, when we finish the job, he offered a beer to my minor son and me. And told me to pack all the rubbish and take it away. I explained that I cannot take any garbage because the truck is rented to carry pallet jack and we need to return with no garbage inside the truck. The quote was given to Mr. Sugrib was for one person assistance to move the heavy machinery he requested the pallet jack and we supplied it and in order to get that pallet jack to the job side we needed to rent 10 foot box truck which is $50 a day plus $1.09 $ per mile . We were there 3.5h x2 people =$665 plus $60 pallet jack and $100 truck so the bill was $825 we received $350 the balance is $475 please pay this amount within 25 hours otherwise we will be charging late fees and yes, unpaid contractor invoices is subject to the property lien.
