Great location for a Perfect Workout!! Personal Trainer Jeff is so helpful with nutrition and slow motion weight training- I could not be happier with my results for only 20 minutes 2 times a week effort!!

I joined Perfect Workout because I have fibromyalgia and arthritis . I knew that I needed to workout so that I could become healthier but was afraid because of the pain. Lucas and Devin have made me overcome my problems with walking with an exercise program to meet my goals. Thank you Devin and Lucas for giving me back my mobility and strength. I do not take pain pill anymore and I sleep much better too. For me this has program has been a miracle.

It is always a great workout and wonderful time. Very private and personal workout. Lucas Borgman is one of the best personal trainers I've ever been to. Would definitely recommend trying to get in with him.

I have trained here serveral times now with my favorite trainer, Lucas Borgman and have seen results within two weeks! Lucas is amazing at motivation, posture correction, and dieting advice. I really look forward to my time with The Perfect Workout!
