I have been strength training for three years with The Perfect Workout! I love having my own personal trainer with me thru the entire workout. I couldn’t push myself without them! The facility is always clean, and I love that I have the same reoccurring appointment time each week. I've never experienced a slow motion weight training and fitness program such as "The Perfect Workout", its unique and extremely focused on the individuals goals and expectations. Devin Butler is "top of the line" personal trainer. Devin truly cares and wants to see his clients reach their goals and see success. I've experienced many different workouts, but I'd never worked with a personal trainer in the past. I DEFINITELY feel stronger and at almost 3 months I'm seeing more muscle definition. With a busy life we tend to forget about "ME" time; I love that it's only 20 minutes twice a week. Very knowledgeable trainers; this is a great experience with one-on-one personal training sessions.
