I hired Lakisha W to manage 5 of my properties.. she located tenants quickly and i have been receiving monthly rentals deposited into my accounts like clock work.. she is very attentive and i will be using her to manage my next investments!

I hired Lakisha Watson of Invest Wise Property Management & Realty to manage 2 vacant investment properties. It didn't take long to realize that this was a bad decision on my part. Voice messages have gone un-returned, questions have not been answered, and now she won't even return the keys! Overall execution by Invest Wise has been poor.
