What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in clear and transparent pricing. Our standard diagnostic/service call fee is $65. If you choose to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair cost. If our technician is unable to diagnose the cause of the problem, you will not be charged the $65 diagnostic fee. Before any repair begins, we explain the issue and provide an estimate so there are no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking a few questions about the appliance and the problem you are experiencing. We then schedule a convenient appointment and perform a thorough diagnosis. Once we identify the issue, we explain the problem, discuss the repair options and pricing, and only proceed with the repair after receiving your approval.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I successfully completed professional Appliance Technician training through Home Alliance Academy, where I received training in appliance diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair. I am committed to providing reliable, professional service and continuing to improve my technical skills.
