We contacted First Appliance Repair for our refrigerator and they came the next day to diagnose the problem and order parts. Within two days it was completely resolved. Isaac was quick, responsive and professional. We would absolutely work with him again!

I went thru at least 4 different contractors to simply get a Oven/Microwave combo installed. Each contractor told me they could do the job, then backed out at the last minute. First Appliance responded on Thumbtack. I told them they'd need 2 workmen, because it was a heavy appliance. They had 2 professionals show up the day after they took the job. Their installers were very quick and completed the job in less than an hour. They took the old oven out to the street. There was no muss, no fuss, and the price was exactly as quoted. I would hire them again for future work, and happy I found them on Thumtack, since Angi's list also failed in this regard.

Service call charge of $60 is lower than most. Spent a good deal of time analyzing the machine to determine the repairs needed. As I thought, not worth it to fix this old washer vs thecost of a new one.

This is one of the best experiences that I have encountered regarding a repair. Isaac was the person who diagnosed and fixed the problem with my dryer. He was on time for the appointment as promised. He is personable, very thorough and provided me with enough information to explain the problem and what he would do to fix it. The time that he took to analyze the issue was very involved but he explained that he could not truly find repair the problem without a thorough review. I felt very comfortable with him as he explained the next steps should the issue reoccur. The fee was reasonable and I will be recommending this company as needed to friends and neighbors. My thanks to First Appliance Repair and Issac.
