I always offer discounts to recurring customers and a referral program too! Our service prices include taxes
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I contact, the client and I discuss to find out what their needs are exactly. When I arrive we go over exactly what changes they would like to see. I make a suggestion on what I would like to do. They either agree or disagree and I go from there. I give them exactly what they want. Some clients even write down exactly what they want me to put emphasis on.
