Viktor came in and provided a quote and pointed out some things about the basement that others didn't which I really appreciate; he was easy to talk to and bounce ideas back and forth; and we are now enjoying our new basement :)

We had amazing experience working with Victor and his team. When we started getting quotes for finishing our basement we were just trying to get an idea of what the cost will be like and what it will involve and not sure if we were truly ready but after getting a few estimates and then talking to Victor we decided to go ahead and we are so glad we picked Victor and his team. Each and every person in his team was very pleasant and polite and very very professional. exceptionally punctual every morning, in the few weeks that they worked on our basement they started to feel like family. The workmanship and quality of work was great. they worked very hard and we are very appreciative. they turned our space into our dream basement where we love to hang out now, excellent value. Victor was very transparent in pricing and very patient and very responsive even when i contacted after hours or weekends with questions.

When Viktor came to our place to examine our basement, he took time to clarify and answer any questions we had for him. We picked his company initially because of his competitive pricing. Throughout the renovation process, he was in communication and will clarify any modifications that we want made. At the end of the renovation, he was even willing to have a couple of walls painted even though it was not what he had in mind. All in all, a very positive experience and I would hire him again for any future job I may have in our house.
