Efrain and his crew did a great job of handling a composite fascia board on our deck that had pulled away from the framing and was warped badly. Very happy with the outcome.

Evdecks Construction built a new wooden deck in my backyard. It turned out amazing and was a great value for the price. Efrain and his team were so great to work with. Once the project started they also finished the project very quickly. I highly recommend Evdecks Construction!!

Evdecks exceeded my expectations from start to finish. They completed my deck even earlier than promised and were incredibly responsive to any adjustments or fixes I requested. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. The final result is absolutely amazing—every guest who has visited since has complimented the beautiful work. I will definitely be hiring them again next year to stain the deck.

Excellent job! They repaired and stained my deck. They were able to do quickly even after I changed what I wanted from them. Every time I reached out the owner was responsive and helpful. They always made their commitment to when they’d be here. Very happy with the results!

Evdecks Construction has an A+ BBB rating. They hold up to that. I would recommend this company to anyone needing anything this company does. I have passed business card to friends already. We are planning to have them do our driveway next year. We give them our own A+ rating. The deck looks great.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
“My pricing is based on the size of the project, materials selected, and overall scope of work. I provide transparent estimates with no hidden fees. If needed, I can offer options to adjust the project to better fit your budget. Any additional work or changes will always be discussed and approved before moving forward
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
“My process starts with an on-site consultation to understand the customer’s vision, needs, and budget. From there, I provide a detailed estimate outlining materials and scope of work. Once approved, we schedule the project, obtain any necessary permits, and begin construction. I keep communication open throughout the project and ensure everything is completed to code and customer satisfaction.”
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
“I have hands-on experience in construction, starting by working alongside my father in the industry. Over the years, I’ve developed extensive knowledge in deck building, framing, and outdoor structures. I stay up to date with local building codes, materials, and best construction practices to ensure every project is done safely and professionally
