Effrain came back and removed the work that was originally done and redid the deck at no additional cost. He checked with me every step of the way to ensure I was satisfied and even followed up several days later.
While I am incredibly grateful the situation was rectified, the original work should never have been considered satisfactory.
If you want poor craftsmanship and someone who doesn’t take accountability, Efrain is your guy. I’m am livid with this work. He has not responded to my outreach about it and when he first did, actually had the audacity to “blame my house” and trex. Almost $3,000 later and now I’m going to have to find someone to fix his mess. STAY AWAY!!
