- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Te price is formed according to various criteria; This price already includes the cost of detergents and taxes. But we add 50 dollars to each order, this is the application tax, it takes this amount from us for each order, we really hope for the understanding of our customers. There is also a system of discounts for regular customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first get to know the new client, then I talk about my price categories, and also show myself in action.
