- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is dependent on if the cleaning is a one time occurrence, recurring service, and move-in/out. There are levels to the service such as what the condition is. We also will clean a home post-construction. Also, if there are extras such as interior appliances, interior windows, blinds, walls, outdoor patio furniture or sweeping balcony/patio.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to meet virtually either on an iPhone or google meet for a free consultation and estimate. In person walk-thru’s must be done for move-out cleans. After we will discuss the time/date of availability. I will come with all necessary supplies and equipment unless discussed of different options during the walk-thru.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My clients range from single young adults, families with kids and/or pets, single parents, elderly, handicapped, and busy professionals that work from home.
