Great experience working with them.
I was trying to sell my house and had previously listed with another agent. My home was on the market for a little over 200 days when the contract expired. I decided to relist with Matt and was very pleased with the results.

Not sure if many people use agents for rentals but I did and boy did it make a difference. I actually got exactly what I was looking for and didn't get tricked by leasing agents from the properties. He even got us some extra time to hang around and really get a feel for the area before diving in.

I'm so happy I called Team Kontos, the whole process of buying a new house seemed so over my head. They came out, talked to me, answered my questions, and really brought everything into perspective. It was a lot less complicated than i thought!
