DO NOT USE. Johnny Symeon or John Kim ) Two names I’ve seen used) took a $500 deposit to buy materials on Sunday, 11/17/24 to be back out Monday 11/18/24 with materials to do repairs. It rained that Monday, I didn’t hear from him, so I texted him on Tues., 11/19/24 for status of time out & he texts me back his truck broke down, is in for repairs & he’d let me know a time. He’s never responded to any of my communication after that & I’ve had to request a deposit refund since 11/23/24, as I needed the work done asap, which he was advised of on 11/17/24. He’s also been blocking calls & texts since Fri., 12/6/24. Totally unprofessional, unacceptable & consider his actions at best, fraudulent.

Details: Shingles or tiles need to be repaired or replaced • Two-story building • 21 - 30 years old • Asphalt shingles • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • Residential
