Proceda Roxas says, "Matt is very knowledgeable in what he is doing and explained to us what the problem was with our main sewer system. His partner Justice was also very good and and both of them are are nice and very hardworking. They worked 3 days in a row and stayed until 9pm so the job will get done, I really appreciate what they have done for us. Daniel was great too, all of them are assets to your company. I was going to ask Aqua Knight for help in fixing my driveway, if they can cover the cost for the repair. I wasnt able to ask Matt for it because I saw how hard they were working. This is a huge unexpected expense for us seniors who only receive Social Security check."See more

He thoroughly explained his assessment and his intended approach to address our issues. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. He worked diligently to address the “root causes” and not simply “patch” the problem (i.e. broken piece in the wall which impacted the functionally of the shower hardware, and leaking value under the sink which could result in a water leakage!). He was outstanding with his communication and pointed us in the right direction with how to choose the proper replacement parts, avoiding additional costs and issues down the line.
