- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have the most simple fee structure in the industry. This year at 25% off what you paid your last tax preparer. Next year the same price as long as you get us all your documentation by Valentine's Day. It's the sweetest deal in town!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Because I am a CPA I am required to take many hours of continuing education on an annual basis.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The numbers of clients who we have gone back and amended their prior returns and gotten them thousands of dollars of otherwise overpaid taxes are too numerous to begin to mention. But anyone who has been doing their own taxes is a prime candidate.
