FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe pricing should be clear from the beginning. The cost of carpet cleaning depends on the number and size of the rooms, the condition of the carpet, and whether any additional treatment is needed for stains, pet odors, stairs, or heavily soiled areas. We ask for a few basic details and, when helpful, photos of the carpet so we can provide an accurate estimate before the appointment. There are no surprise or hidden fees. Discounts may be available when multiple rooms or additional services are booked together. We can also customize the service based on the areas that need the most attention.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make booking carpet cleaning as easy as possible. First, we ask about the number and approximate size of the rooms, the type and condition of the carpet, and any stains, pet odors, or other problem areas. Photos are often helpful and allow us to provide a more accurate estimate. Once you decide to move forward, we schedule a convenient date and time and confirm the address and service details. When we arrive, we inspect the carpet, explain the cleaning process, and discuss any stains or areas where results may vary. After the cleaning is complete, we review the results with you and provide basic drying and aftercare instructions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training covers the complete carpet cleaning process, including carpet and fiber identification, proper product selection, stain treatment, equipment use, and safe cleaning techniques. We understand that different carpet materials and stains require different approaches. Before beginning the job, we inspect the carpet and choose the most appropriate treatment while taking care to avoid damage, discoloration, or unnecessary residue. We also continue learning about cleaning products, equipment, and techniques so we can provide safe and consistent results.
