Master Bathroom remodel done with expertise: demolition, tub, shower, tile, vanity, lights, sink, tile, grout, paint, hardware, faucets, valves.
I had a contractor bail on the project, after doing the demolition and building the room (incorrectly). Ron came to the rescue with a professional demeanor, prompt arrival to quote, and explained the work involved.
Not only was Ron able to work within the conditions, he reconfigured the other contractor's work to not require a complete demolition again.
Ron has a knowledge of building codes and built the bathroom properly, including: reframe shower cubicle, laid concrete backer boards, repaired tub surround, installed tile straight, even, consistent, connected plumbing, electric, fixtures (very heavy stuff, but he handled it well with his colleague).
I trusted Ron in my home, with the deposit and he was enjoyable to converse with and let me know in great detail about the project (before performing work).
I'm pleased with the results and everything is still working great after 3 months, no leaks and nothing has broken.

Ron Kwaak did excellent work: he had a professional estimate and contract, he remained fully in-budget and on-schedule, he communicated very, very well, and was patient with my multiple requests (as an engineer, I like to ask a lot of questions and understand how things work).
Ron is expert-level with plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and likely many other trades and skills. I selected him for the work since he was multi-skilled, hands-on, and could do all the work himself. He also had a team of additional people he brought in when two-person heavy-lifting was needed, and his people were just as pleasant and skilled.
While working with me, Ron completed a very complex bathroom installation (which included many small parts and the manufacturers elaborate instruction manual). This work required a lot of know-how, skill, and judgment, in order to move around structures, plumbing, electrical, and to install the new fixtures. Ron truly did a top-notch job. Ron also left my home just as clean as it was when he started, and took great care of all areas in my home.
I look forward to working with Ron in the future, and certainly recommend him to my friends, family, and work colleagues. I am 100% satisfied and impressed with the quality of his work, and will use him for all my home improvement needs in the future. Ron was a complete pleasure to work with, thanks Ron!

Great Experience with Ron. Quick response and very professional. gave a formal written quote that was extremely reasonable and did outstanding work.
Ron installed, taped, mudded, and sanded drywall in a bathroom. I was extremely happy with the results. Ron showed up when he said he would and finished the entire job within a couple days. Would happily recommend Ron and would use him again for drywall installation.

Explained the work to him. He quoted an extremely reasonable price ( 6 TIMES lower than another one and am not kidding on that!). Came in the next day and finished the work. I will be calling him for everything moving ahead.

Ron upgraded one and a half bathrooms in my home. He put in new tile in both bathrooms. He put in two new vanities, two new toilets, and a tub. Ron did it all work According to code. Ron kept me informed about what he would be doing each day and if his plans changed he would let me know. Ron was patient and answered all of my questions which helped me make the best decisions. I learned a lot from him. Ron knows what he is doing and will handle the job as if it were his home. He is someone you can trust in your home and won’t rip you off. Hopefully I can get him to renovate my kitchen soon! Thanks!!
