- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices for my services depends on the services being requested and my audience. For example, Individual Healthcare provider CPR courses are $50.00; Family and Friends CPR courses are $25.00; and Individual First Aid is $60.00.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it's a client's first time taking a CPR class, it takes an hour longer versus if the client is renewing. I require that the client identify what services they're requesting, such as CPR and/or First Aid.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a doctoral prepared Registered Nurse and certified CPR Instructor.
