- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer per hour, or per project pricing. Often projects change due to customer preferences, and due to 'while you are here' requests, and I am flexible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet to see the project, ask and answer questions, and discuss scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the construction industry, and have remodeled several older homes.
