- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $75/per day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would set up a schedule time to meet with the client. Which will give them an opportunity to see if I would be a good fit for them, or their pets. The meeting will allow the client to address any details or concerns they may have in reference to my house sitting stay. On the other hand, it would give them the opportunity to share the dog feeding and potty schedules with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 plus years experience in customer service, problem solving. I've also worked a numerous amount of years caring for pets.
