We prepare and write proposals/estimates for repairs and construction to homes and businesses. We also refurbish abandoned properties (both HUD and private) for resale that will be inspected for approval. We have the ability to remove and install service boxes up to 240 volts, maintaining voltage regulators, troubleshooting transformers, and replacing faulty electrical outlets and adapters. We also have the ability to change GFIs, dimmers, and basic switches. We install and remove windows, entry doors, and overhead doors and peep holes. Our services also include demolition of cement and repaving of surfaces. We have the ability to construct and install bathrooms, water heaters, water and gas lines, lowered ceilings, dormers, and porch decks as well.
