Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Work with a locally owned business. Make sure they are bonded and licensed. Get estimates from a couple providers and ask for references. View their website and look for testimonials. Check the internet for any negative reviews of the company. Our 20 years in the local Peoria metro area shows that we are here for the long term and not just a franchise business staffed with people that might not be as knowledgable as MCP Incorporated. Make sure you can communicate with your project manager and the office staff is friendly and accomodating.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Most assume we clean everything every time we provide service. Only the most crucial are done nightly such as restrooms, floors and trash. All other aspects are rotated throughout the week. We only clean what is dirty.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Communication is the primary key to our success. Once it breaks down all parties lose. So the potential customer should be investigating the avenues communication more than anything.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Most potential customers do not have a clear idea or understanding of what their needs are or what type of service they want. This needs to be clearly defined prior to submission of a proposal.
