I use a flat rate that we discuss at the end of the walk through. Anything beyond the normal routine is dealt with in a case by case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients, i do a walk through in their home. I take detailed notes, finding out what specific needs are to be sure my clients get exactly what they want.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
