- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on many factors including the day of the week the event will be held, the estimated attendees, the amount of work that will need to be done by myself and my staff, and the time involved in meetings and planning the event. On the photo booth side the factors are day of the week, hours of rental, the options they choose, and the number of guests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know a bit about them and what they are looking for. I present them with ideas based on their wants, likes, and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a 'professional volunteer' in the non-profit sector for over 20 years. I have planned fundraising events including auctions, galas, dinners, annual meetings. I have learned not from a class or a program but through doing the work. I have been an event planner for the last 10 years. My other company, Events 309, is a full event planning and rental company.
